Anger is a natural basic human emotion that is often used to express negative feelings. Road rage, violent behavior, inappropriate verbal attacks, aggression, bullying others, and lack of appreciation for others are examples of issues that benefit from anger management.

We have dedicated ourselves to taking an active role in our community to increase the awareness of anger management.
Our Anger Management -Executive Coaching program is available for clients who would prefer a private setting or are not appropriate for mixed or open groups. Such individuals may include, but are not limited to, high profile individuals, physicians, attorneys, judges, faculty, law enforcement, and high-level management. The program is designed to improve stress and anger management, communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
Our Anger Management- Executive
Coaching 10 Hour program is available for clients who would prefer a private
setting or are not appropriate for mixed or open groups. Such individuals
may include, but are not limited to, high profile individuals, physicians,
attorneys, judges, faculty, law enforcement, and high-level management.
Based on the results of the 14 scale assessment, our Executive Coaching clients are provided with an individualized plan of action that includes exercises and behavior logging tools to facilitate the learning process. Sessions concludes with a review and a summary.
If at all possible these classes should
be completed in a timely manner; evening and weekend hours are available.
The anger management program for physicians addresses the need for a one-on-one individual and sensitive intervention model for health care professionals. Anger Management & Domestic Violence Institute is now offering an intensive ten hour coaching class for doctors who prefer a private setting or are not appropriate for mixed or open groups.
Everyone receives an initial anger assessment and an emotional intelligence (EQ) assessment that evaluates the participant's current level of functioning in the areas of managing stress, anger, communication and emotional intelligence. Clients work through didactic information and structured exercises. These activities are focused on enhancing emotional intelligence, improving assertive communication, including behavioral strategies for recognizing and managing anger and stress. Additionally, clients are administered a post-test at program termination designed to assess the degree of change as facilitated by the course.
